Meeting is usually held in every organization, but it was pointed out many problems, for example, “it is meaningless”, “it does not create adequate conclusion”. Considering these situation, there are many books suggest or introduce various approaches for meeting innovation, however, there are no famous results of improving these problems greatly by using them unfortunately. In this article, I define intrinsic problems in these approaches, and search for a new angle for defeating these problems. And, I offer a new approach to introduce a new role which is called Meeting Coach for management of meeting.
