Abstract

This paper’s purpose is to implement Essential Insight on “coaching” based on a book selected and to improve and update through discussions in a class of an MBA and in an online school : Essential Management School focusing on “Essence” and “Management”. Next, it is clarified that the essences showed in this paper have a lot of effectiveness in real coaching. Finally, this article is positioned as a methodological research model of Essential Insight based on a book and discussions in Essential Management Science.
