Abstract
Academic coaching is the infrastructure for the basement of the 22nd century education. The Academic Coaching Association would be a platform to enhance the potential of coaching. The next generation global leaders with the 22nd brain thinking will be key players in Japan’s prosperity in the 22nd century. To accelerate a paradigm shift from the 20th century brain to the 22nd century brain, academic coaching would be one of key factors. Prosperity of Japan in the 22nd century will be brought by strengthening a soft power outside Japan, while Japan’s hard power is decreasing in the 21st century. The next generation global leaders who get respect around the world will contribute to the Japan’s prosperity in the 22nd century. Academic coaching has a huge potential to succeed in the global leader training program.
