Qualitative changes are being demanded in the approach to education in all institutions from elementary school and other forms of compulsory education to university and other forms of higher education. The traditional mode of education is changing into one that promotes thought and comprehension with an emphasis on dialogue. To enable independent dialogue, an important component may be to determine how to create opportunities in class for dialogue. In this study, we focused on reflection sheets completed after group work carried out in classes for students aiming to be teachers and used qualitative analysis to clarify the students’ learning elements. By doing so, we aimed to summarize the elements that promote dialogue, consider how teachers can create opportunities for dialogue while remaining involved, and discuss approaches to classes that promote dialogue. Based on the results, we discussed elements and opportunities that promote dialogue and found the following three points to be important: (1) a polyphony; (2) a safe and reassuring common sense; and (3) teacher facilitation. Holding classes based on these three points may promote more independent dialogue.

Cooperation and collaboration within companies have become increasingly important for companies to handle complicated projects and create new businesses. Besides that, as a methodology to encourage cooperation and collaboration among people with different backgrounds, the development of dialogue theory and practice has attracted attention in the 2010s. In this research, focusing on Generative Dialogue (GD) (Isaacs, 1999: 38-41) which is highly emergent in cooperation and collaboration among dialog research, we proposed a design method using Systems Engineering method and verified its effectiveness in qualitatively and quantitatively way. For constructing a concrete design model, at the functional design level, functions required for GD include functions to participate in dialogue, to become active in cooperating with others, to enhance the sense of elevation of participants, to have a sense of unity, and to give participant's performance. And at the physical design level, we designed a workshop to generate GD that can be deployed within the enterprise companies using these five functions. Furthermore, in order to qualitatively and quantitatively verify the effectiveness of the proposed GD design, in a company witnessed the typical existence of Japanese SMEs, we conducted a GD generation workshop designed by this research, We showed the effectiveness of the workshop qualitatively and quantitatively by observation of participation, PANAS, Interdependent Happiness Scale, and text mining of participants' remarks. By conducting a workshop at the company's site and obtaining high satisfaction from the participants, it shows possibilities to expand the GD generation workshop as a replicable model to promote collaboration and collaboration in companies and other entities.

This essey analyzes what ideological influence of the philosophy of Japan gave to the birth of coaching. Through Japanese martial arts we got the hypothesis that Zen's way of thinking is influencing the birth of coaching through the Esalen Institute, but with the conclusion that It is difficult to prove that there was a direct ideological influence is there. But also, it is difficult to prove that there was no influence, too.I can believe that this conclusion make use for the development of current and future coaching.
