The principal objective of this research is to make suggestion to RE-RURALIZE Orio-Hibikino, which is the suburb of Kitakyushu city. This area includes not only urban area but also rural area and should be considered as a real problematic area for the city of Kitakyushu. Based on the real situation of this area, I've made a new direction for Hibikino-orio called "Pastoral symphony". It includes 3 stages as steps to write a piece of music. Stage 1: "G- clef and stave" including 2 goals: increasing agricultural area and reducing in the motorable road density. Stage 2: "Put notes on sheet music" with target: - designing spiritual route to conserve cultural values and increasing the density of tree. Stage 3: "Harmony": expanding ecological space.
