The Sizhai Village is one of the national relic protection villages with huge scale, which has some certain degree of representativeness and typicality when seted it as the object for research. Uesd the methods of field investigation and consulting literature materials, and from the perspective for the culture of family clan to analyze the classical instances of the Thousand Pillars Dwelling, Faxiangju, Shangxinju, Huaguogong Villa in Si Zhai village. They will minutely be reseached, from the aspects of' space composition, detailed structure and architectural culture, etc Throuth the research found that Si Zhai traditional dwellings embody the family culture of respecting ancestor, honest and mercy, upholding the family honor, etc. Researching the family culture and strategy idea of Si Zhai traditional dwellings can provide the methods and references to current building village culture.
