This practical report presented the practice on a revised version of a group intervention based on a career construction interview[Career Construction Workshop(CCWS)]with an additional follow-up session for Japanese undergraduate students. The participants included four females:two second-graders and two third-graders. They participated in the main and follow-up sessions; the latter being conducted three months after the main session of the CCWS. Participants responded to open-ended questions on participants' evaluations of the CCWS; data were analyzed individually following a qualitative analysis. The results indicated that by participating in the CCWS, including the follow-up session, participants gained deeper insight into themselves and achieved their career goals. These results suggest that the follow-up session helped maintain the effect of the CCWS.
