抄録

To reduce flood damage in the face of increasing frequency and intensity of extreme rainfall events, it is necessary to implement linkages between flood hazard countermeasures and resilient community development. This paper introduces an example of analysis of climate change impact on flood discharge in Japan and discusses flood hazard predictions and risk assessment for flood-resistant regional development.
