Abstract
There are no merchants in commercial science. They are considered to be the remnants that barely survive in the market slack. This paper focuses on the merchants in <IchiBa> and discusses what they use as their business resources to sustain their living. Consequently, this study reveals the creation of <Transactional Resources>. <IchiBa> is a relationship of trust based on interdependence, in which social efficiency is achieved through the collaborative creation of an assortment of goods as a <Interim Assortment> that is preemptively destroyed through dialogue in dealing activities.
In <IchiBa>, it is clarified that the merchant obtains aggregated knowledge from the act of transaction and creates management resources, which is conceptualized as <Transactional Resources>.
