Tabletop exercises provide a simulation of emergency situations in stress-free environments and are expected to be effective in school crisis management. Tabletop exercises allow participants to examine the roles, responsibilities, and solutions regarding school crises. Itried to develop a training program on school crisis management for teachers. This program which includes tabletop exercises provided some experiences to stimulate decision-making and discussions by participants. It was suggested that tabletop exercises were applicable to various situations at school.
