Abstract
Given the existence of environmental and energy resource problems, the following research findings will be reviewed, concerning methods for the creation of a new socio-economic system within Japanese regional society. These research findings concern : 1) the lifecycle of technology 2) urban metabolism engineering 3) a matrix system program. Based on these findings, the necessity for a Social Field Experimental Project System will be examined.
