The digital office systems have brought to office workers, a big change in their working style. Many Japanese firms installed "Total office information system" in office for their process for more high performance and higer business growth. There are two major factors, both technical and management that point to the process integration and human environment. From technical point, the reduction in cost processing power is very strong driving force for business activities. But another standpoint, working process became to simplified routine process, it become no need intelligent job actions. This is a new issues.
