抄録
On this paper I define function of information as making order into chaos. We can understand chaos on two sides. First side is chaos in outer world. It means that information makes it easy to understand outer world. Second is chaos in inner world. It means that information makes it easy to express ones inner world, and communicate with someone. Communication enables us to make our own field of interpretations. Society is to keep communication among its members. And continuous communication keeps society. Information brings stability into communication.
