This paper shows process of our research about "anshin" on the internet. At first, while investigating related works, we conducted focus group interviews on "anshin" and anxiety. The outline and the result are shown. After consideration, we focused on anxiety, because "anshin" is too conceptual to ask on questionnaires and the anxiety is the relevant concept to "anshin". Then we constructed a model for the process of generating anxiety. To verify this model, we desgined questionnaires. The model and basic design of questionnaires are shown.
