Abstract
There are two problems in creating new business at a present stage. It is raised in the first place that business deployment is dependent on a human network. It is raised to the second that it is only reference of the partner company which ties up also in use of an information technology with a Web base. It is necessary to strengthen the business function which its company has. Furthermore, needs to combine the business function of another company which the company does not have. In this research, the "place" which shares and combines a business function is proposed.
