Abstract
This article aims to make clear where to go the future legacy information system. Operating systems, programming languages, and development methods are changing with the new hardware paradigm. However information systems have to keep up both their past legacy and their current system to new hardware and architecture. In this opposite requirement, the system faces up many problems to fit new ones. This paper also provides some ideas what we shall do for the next studies.
