Abstract
The ordinary organization theories has been discussed and developed that researchers unconsciously assumed people to have been modernistic individual. It has been assumed that an organization is being maintained by those who share the same means and not purposes. However, we come to think that the ordinary organization theories are not adequate in order to understand our interested domain: the open-source community. We consider that the open-souse community shares the same purposes as well as the means. Many previous researches have been reported various aspects of open-source software developers, however, the organizing of an open-source software community is not discussed well. This research presents a notion on its understanding from the viewpoint of the action-theoretical approach.
