The distributed information system using RFID: The project management style for rapid system development and deployment

Abstract

This paper describes the progress of the development and deployment of the distributed information system as a part of a central city area activation program. The system domain, central city area activation program is enabled by an agent-based system which is rich in scalability. The program has been carried out by 1) defining the system requirement, and then 2) rapidly developing software to hardware in very short period of time. The project management style is discussed in this paper.
