Abstract
The purpose of this study is to consider that the dilemma caused among chemists and biologists in the pharmaceutical enterprise and identifying the solutions to. First, some preceding conflict studies are overviewed. Second, the ideas from the interview survey of the director and senior scientist are introduced. Third, I show the following six hypotheses.
