Abstract
The analysis proposed by business administration provides the framework which explains theoretically the mechanism of the business phenomenon. Since it is a description, it is inadequate as what considers quantitive analysis and corporate activity continuously about specific industry. I developed the simulation model using the computer, in order to consider a company's action. The first, The feature of this system was devised so that the characteristic of industry might be controlled by 5ForceModel which the porter proposed. And analysis of the corporate activity in various industries of the real world was enabled.The second, In the competition between companies of the real world, the difference of the knowledge which each company has may be the fountainhead of competition predominance.
