Abstract
The ununiform burning still exists in the sintering process. It's existence has big influence to the existence achievement of the operation efficiency.
By improving of this is a lot of formations of energy reduction and uniform quality will be performed. Here the sintering progress difference is shown by the observation photograph, examined about irregularity generation, and the characteristic of the temperature exhaust gas of the machine and the examination pan are simulated.
Then, it is thought that it the result of the temperature of by the calculation concerned with the examination pans and the actual machine are mutually well simular using fuzzy theory, is burnt.
