Abstract
Not only small and medium-sized enterprises but also big enterprises actively act to improve competitive edge by merger and tie-up. A general image to cooperate between enterprises is for the enterprise which is a hub to be centered and to form a coalition. On the other hand , the coalition between enterprises without the enterprise which is a hub _-_ hub-less company _-_ extremely is a novel concept. Some ideal ways of the coalition between enterprises without the enterprise which is a hub are verified by the theory and the examples of the numerical value. The theme has four points: "Effect generated from accumulation," "Make of the product individuality," "Non-cooperation or cooperation?" and "Share of information."
