This paper proposes the method which trains capabilities of understanding and representing an information system in user's environment. By this method, all of the people related to design information systems would recognize difficulties of mutual understanding, and would form consciousness to try to represent their wants. This paper also describes the training program based on the proposed method and the evaluations of them through some experimental training.
