Case Example "from Subcontractor to Independent"

Abstract

In recent years, almost of smaller enterprises suffered from decreasing workloads of their subcontracters. It means that the subcontract type smaller enterprise had to change business model; subcontract type (depending one company) to independent type (having many clients). We investigated a certain local area, and searched for the conditions to change business model.
