Abstract
The purpose of this study is clarifying structure of the ISP selection by empirical study. The different following knowledge from the spot of the business that a price specifies selection of ISP was acquired through analysis. 1.The important reason of the ISP selection was caused by not only with a price but additional service, contents service, and customer support. 2.As the factor which specifies the reason for a change,it was verified that the action characteristic,usable years and use time of the Internet is functioning. 3.The selection pattern of main ISP was classified into three. 4.Two kinds of heavy users existed. The contribution of this research is having built the base when arguing about the strategy which an ISP should take from now on.
