Abstract
Generally speaking, "poor communications" is given to one of the failure causes of the project. It is considered that the communications is a failure cause with the information system beyond the hardware project based on the bill of material from being the software that a development object entails the reform of the business model. Moreover, it is usual to be gaps of understanding among stakeholders. Therefore, it is proposed that newly defined communication breakdown structure (CBS) and monitoring and control structure (MCS) are added to existing work breakdown structure (WBS) and organizational breakdown structure (OBS) to form project management structure (PMS).
