Abstract
The derailment accident occurred by West JR Company threw a serious subject on how corporate shall be managed. The author figures out its true cause such that the company has stuck on pursuing measure to arrange and defend very tight time table desperately for company profit only, forgetting its essential purpose for safer transportation. Such measure-inclined culture lurks in most corporate organization, appearing in its daily work. Although every corporate recently tackles CSR, the strategy will never fruit without getting out of such measure-inclined culture. Hereby reports the relationship among daily work, management structure and CSR, finally connected with a big role of Super-Mapping method which was developed for deploying PDCA process multi-dimensionally and visually.
