Abstract
Generally, at conferences and workshops, the Q&A sessions are held after presentation. These Q&A topics are so useful to make presenters' researches improve. Therefore, researchers or participants usually record their Q&A topics with a pens or PCs. However, recording these topics needs much labor, and it is difficult to record them accurately in quick turn dialogues. Therefore, we have developed a collaborative meeting minutes system for enabling to record Q&A topics among participants and to present them after conferences and workshops. In this paper, we describe a collaborative meeting minutes system and discuss its validity to realize efficient asynchronous discussions.
