Abstract
In this study, we discuss the project management to arrange hands-on training in a company or the university. The training is generally arranged with four phases as the following; plan, supply, setting and proof test. The training takes time for arrangement than the lecture. The planner must arrange it as possible in a short term. In this study, we take up training for mastery of the quality engineering as a case. Following two characteristics are necessary for the teaching materials of the quality engineering; easiness of the condition change and good plasticity. As the teaching materials along this demand, we adopt a 4WD mini-car. The aim of the project for arrangement is shortening of training time. We try the identification of problems when such a project is managed through this case.
