Abstract
Japanese medical system is dramatically changing. Historically, clinical departments in each medical school played a crucial role, it called Ikyoku-system. Ikyoku used be a biggest supplier of physicians. But changing policy by the Ministries of Education and Health, Ikyoku system is not a dominant supplier in this time. We focus on the female doctor used be a minority in the Ikyoku system. How they find their potentiality in this circumstance? Is this circumstance is a fair wind for them? We will discuss the potentiality and networking of the female doctors.
