Social interaction model to explain organizational power

Abstract

In this presentation, I will propose a model to explain organizational activity from social interaction that consists of communication, common rule and so on, explain cases of organization loosing and recovering its power by this model ,and I will try to position this framework as a connector of functionalism and interpretivism in scholarly sense.
