Management Information that Local Assembly Wants to Know in Terms of Basic Ordinance on Local Assembly

Abstract

In this research it focuses on Basic Ordinance on Local Assembly. In Japan, Kuriyama town assembly is the first local assembly that enacted such ordinance. After the Kuriyama's enactment, that ordinance has been enacted at various local assemblies in Japan. This ordinance provides basic codes of local assembly. In the ordinance, there are articles that press city mayor for submitting management information to local assembly. In this research it examines those articles and analyzes what management information local assembly want to know.
