Redefining the Maintenance and Operation Life Stage Model and Proposing an Analysis Framework

Abstract

"System life cycle" originally includes both of system development term and maintenance and operation term, but there are few studies on the latter case. Although preceding researches show a trend of important category on maintenance and operation activities, a practical point of view is needed for maintainers and operators to make a start on actual improving activities for their mission. In this study, we redefine and propose a "maintenance and operation life stage analysis framework" which provides practical activities to improve Maintenance and Operation stages.
