Abstract
Recently, information system is essential to the management of the enterprise. One of problems in information sys-tem, however, is that the cost of maintenance process is more than that of development process. This reason seems to be that the delayed delivery projects need the cost in maintenance process. But, the influence, which the delayed delivery projects give in their maintenance process, is not clear. Therefore, there is no suitable measure of this problem. In this study, with the actual work data of information system, we analyze the influence and derive the feature of work for de-layed delivery projects team. Moreover, we consider what gives the influence on maintenance process, with the derived feature.
