The purpose of this paper is to inquire strategies for standard acquisitions on utilizing audio formats by corporations. Audio format technologies convert analog audio data into digital audio data for saving audio data to electronic computers and compress digital data size. We deal with corporations on selling audio devices which are playing digital audio data on MP3. Only few attempts have so far been made at defacto standard on MP3. It is important that corporations control defacto standard of technologies, therefore the corporations are profit by the technologies.
