Abstract
Apple Computers dislodged Sony which has lead the AV industry in the world. The Turning tables were produced by a gap of paradigm shift between two companies. In the turn of the century from 20th to 21st, production technologies made a remarkable change. and big influences to production companies in the world.
Key success factors in a new age are three. One is goods high quality and reasonably priced. Two is a sharing in common with prosumer. Third is a good match with Web 2.0 world. This study aims to research the difference between two companies and find key success factors in production strategy in new age.
