Abstract
The documents and procedures required for the various applications and reports for administrative affairs are basically defined by the relevant enforcement regulations, and usually supplemented by the attached directions and guidelines issued by the respetive authorities. In order to achieve the efficient e-Administration, the business process re-engineering is indispensable. However, it is often said that the difficulty of revising the regulations always disturbs the business process re-engineering. This paper, applying the data modeling approach for, visualizes the requirements of personal information derived from the family and resident registration for the administrative affairs, and summarizes the existing issues and consideration.
