Abstract
In this research it focuses on local assemblies that enacted Basic Ordinance on Local Assembly.In Japan, Kuriyama town assembly is the first local assembly that enacted that ordinance. After the Kuriyama's enactment, such ordinance has been enacted at various local assemblies. This ordinance provides basic codes of local assembly, and there are articles that press mayor for submitting data on the autonomy's policy. In this research it examines whether those assemblies use such data in their proceeding and analyzes what management information local assembly want to know.
