Abstract
Value of IT investment of Japanese company is appeared for cost down by improvement of business and for high level management methods of corporate, but is not appeared for correspondence on business environment and new business creation. A company has a subject of increasing value of IT investment by maximum level when IT strategy becomes an important key factor of driving of corporate strategy. A Company needed drastic restructuring corresponds on an environment change is requested to have an emergence-oriented organizational activity with organizational characteristics, recognition of value and a minute job description.
