A study on the EA process with 'Operating Model'

Abstract

In Japan EA seems to be considered as a temporary movement, but EU and USA companies have been adopted EA as a base framework and some of them have defined the professionals called 'Enterprise Architect'.
CISR of MIT has suggested that companies should consider 'Operating Model' for their EA practices and we think this task would be assigned to 'Enterprise Architects'.
We studied the method to implement an 'Operating Model' concept into the Japanese EA framework.
