Abstract
Social media has become a popular method of public relations for enterprises. If enterprises want to succeed in the PR, they must select suitable social media, must use different social media in the PR to suit their information and must send the latest information via the media continuously. However, it is difficult to maintain such the system for small enterprises. Therefore, we have proposed a specific technique of the PR for small enterprises based on examples of successful noted enterprises. Moreover, we have validated the technique in a practical case: the PR for an event of Tama ward office in Kawasaki city.
