Abstract
This research creates a new organizational learning process from “organizational memory model (Huber, 1991)", “exploration and exploitation (March, 1991)" and “absorptive capacity" for organizational performance. The importance of this model is that (1) clarify the knowledge attribute (2)presentation of the mechanism of transformation process from new knowledge to routine, (3)the impact of new knowledge in organizational performance. This research makes theoretical contribution in organizational learning.
