Abstract
The purpose of this study is to propose a (On-the-Job Training) OJT a new human resource development in order to improve the low success rate of software projects. The existing OJT, there is a problem of tacit knowledge inheritance it is one of the important knowledge in project management that can not be performed smoothly by cost and time issues. To solve these problems, to inherit the knowledge center project plan, in this paper, we propose a new model of virtual OJT to be carried out on a virtual space OJT.
