Abstract
The use of social networking sites(SNSs) is increasing every year. According to ICT Research & Consulting Inc., there were 42,890,000 Japanese SNS users at the end of 2011 (45% of the diffusion rate), and this figure is predicted to become 56,430,000(58.6% of the diffusion rate) by the end of 2014. And the use of SNSs in enterprises has been increasing since 2005. Then,we researched awareness and use of SNSs in enterprises using an Internet survey.we found the merit of introducing an SNS into an enterprise is it is useful to share the knowledge of specialists in enterprises,etc.In addition to these results,this announcement paper a more detailed analysis.
