Abstract
Trouble of information systems such as the data loss in rental server, system down in a big bank or the system trouble in Tokyo Stock Exchange has a significant impact on business continuity. Therefore, IT vendor control such as a contact between a user company and IT vendor is important. Umehara (2012) modeled it as a two-person non-zero-sum game. As a result, the user must have a smart and retaliated strategy such as TFT. In this paper, we discuss to deploy the result to agreement.
