Abstract
It is said that the newspapers and TV news are good media for overview of news. On the other hand, the Internet is not considered so. The authors examine the relationship between information-gathering activities of university students and their use of media.
Consequently, we found students reading news paper do not always know current events in the world. Because many of students are reading a certain part of news paper. We also found students watching TV news have a higher collection rate of current affairs information. In addition, for students who watch the news on the Internet carefully, we found that they are familiar with current news.
