Abstract

The rapid advance during the latest 10years has expanded networks among enterprises and also heightened the importance of supply-chain in business models. Now, in addition to manu- facturing of quality product, the terms of supply to satisfy clients should be more rapidly carried through competition. Namely, it has become a rule to do material flow design prior to the usual design of business model based on work/information flow. Moreover, to rapidly correspond to market changes, it is now indispensable the project management for the PDCA cycle of business design.
