Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to verify the differences of the importance of the valuation basis (strategic, effectiveness, compliance, reliability, safety, efficiency) relating to information system evaluation between local government employees and local residents using WEB questionnaires "questionnaire about computerization of a government official organization" (sample size 2200) and "the questionnaire about the degree of satisfaction of local government service" (sample size 1760) conducted in March 2012.
Moreover, I would like to also report the difference of the consciousness of local government employees and local residents to my number bill.
Based on these analysis results, I would like to propose a local government information system valuation method.
