Apply multi-agent simulation approach to a mechanism design problem of new graduate market in Japan

Abstract

We focused the low rate of employment problem of the new university graduate market in Japan, where there is the gap of requiring level between the companies and the students. To solve this complex problem, we took multi-agented simulation system approach and then found a mechanism of the smooth job-hunting for university students and recruitment activity plan for companies.
