Abstract
This study shows how to realize innovation, and make active organizations in big companies.
A bureaucracy and sectionalism spread in most companies when the companies grow up, and fall into “big company desease".Thus, it becomes difficult for the big companies to correspond to environmental changes and to realize innovation.We picked up the establishment period of Hamamatsu Photonics K.K. as an example, and studied the way to overcome the “big company desease".As a result, we found that it is effective for sales engineers who have authority to ensure the environment of demonstrating the entrepreneurship. Futhermore, “carve-out entrepreneur" is one of the examples and we found that this is effective for risk and hedgings.
